FG Boiling Drying Machine (Vertical)

1、 Overview
FG type high-efficiency boiling dryer is currently a particle high-efficiency drying device designed in GMP pharmaceutical engineering, which is matched with YK swing granulator and GHL type high-speed mixing granulator. It has a wider fluidization range than traditional horizontal XF boiling dryer and is easy to clean.
The material is stirred at low speed while fluidized, thus avoiding clumping. For materials with high moisture content and viscosity, its application advantages are particularly prominent.

3、 Purpose:
*Granules for tablets, capsules, and granules
*Large and fine powders in industries such as food and chemical
*Particles or powders that are excessively wet, sticky, or have a large particle size distribution range
4、 Working principle
The material to be dried (particles or fine powder) is fed into the dryer hopper. After being filtered by a medium efficiency filter, the air is heated by a heater to the required temperature for drying, and then enters the main tower. When it passes through the porous plate at the bottom of the hopper, the material inside the hopper is fluidized and the moisture is removed to dry. After the moisture evaporates, it is filtered by a bag filter and discharged by a fan. The fine powder that rises with the wind during the drying process is captured by a bag and returned to the fluidized bed through a cleaning device.
1. Equipment features
(1) This equipment adopts a circular structure hopper, with no dead corners, uniform moisture content in the finished product, and easy and thorough cleaning.
(2) Using anti-static special fiber cloth, the cleaning effect is good, safe and reliable.
(3) The equipment is equipped with an explosion vent, which prevents damage in the event of an explosion.
(4) Dry in a sealed system without leakage or dust flying.
(5) The equipment achieves the purpose of drying moisture by boiling materials, which is energy-saving and time-saving compared to traditional dryers.
